I used a web site that provided ten quotes to get started. All ten did send an email quote within 24 hours as promised, Phoenix Auto Transport Services ( Phoenix ) was the only one to call to inquire if I had any questions. They were all within 20% cost of eachother so I had to start my investigation. I needed to revise my request for quotes due to site condition changes, several never responded, several raised price, Phoenix was the only one to call for clarification prior to a re-quote. It came done to three prices, now within 5% of eachother and I had not even heard from the other two. My chioce was made, Phoenix showed they wanted the job so they got it! I was now in a situation that I needed the car, a 1959 El Camino, for an upcoming show sooner than expected. I called Bob Crisp at Phoenix and presented a challenge. I would pay an additional $ 150 for the move and a bonus of $ 200 for each day ahead of schedule and charge a penalty of $ 100 each day late. He got a chuckle out of my proposition then said he would post it and see what happens. That same day we had a trucker, next day a pickup and all went GREAT! I was so impressed I will never call another company, I stick with those that deliver, no pun intended.
