Jeep transport from CO to VA

My Jeep was originally going to be picked up for shipment on the 1st or 2nd of July. As of late afternoon on the 2nd, I still hadn't heard from the driver. I contacted Specialty Mobile Systems and they contacted the carrier (Big Tows, Inc). A representative from the carrier called me to inform me that pick up was not going to be made until the 8th or 9th of July now. This was because my Jeep would have arrived to the destination before I would. I was fine with this. Around lunch time on the 9th I recieved a call from the carrier saying that the driver would be there for another day or two, so they made arrangements for me to drop off my Jeep at a local office. This was fine with me and it worked out very well.

Overall, I am very satisfied and would use this company again. I would have appreciated a phone call if my Jeep wasn't going to be picked up on the original dates, but it all worked out in the end. I really appreciate them going out of their way to arrange a local drop-off when my Jeep wasn't going to be picked up prior to my move date. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and professional.
