I had just finished a soup-up of my Audi RS6 at a a shop in Florida, and spent a few hours looking for a suitable hauler of the car up to me in CT. I went on a web site to get 'multiple quotes' from 'open' carriers, and spent a lot of frustrating time looking at web sites and talking to people about when the car would be picked up, dropped off, etc. It was very confusing, and all seemed a bit slimy, especially when I read some of the reviews on this site! I found Kevin on this web site, and preferred enclosing shipping anyway. In 5 easy minutes, he explained the service, we set up a pick up window, 1 or 2 days hence, and I hired him. He had a problem with another pick-up that delayed my delivery for 2 days, but he was honest with me about it and kept me totally informed. The extra money was well spent, having a stress free experience; a totally clean, unscratched car; and the ability of his truck to go right to my house. Plus the driver was really friendly, and my wife said the truck was spotless. Thanks, Kevin
